How I Use AI Tools in My Writing
When I write for your company, you get original content that’s thoughtful, customer-focused, and aligned with your goals. I combine what you share with me with research into your market, your audience, and your competition.
That means writing that’s clear, human, and grounded in real solutions. Whether it's a blog post, web page, or case study, I aim to help you stand out and build trust with the right audience.
Some people want AI tools used in their projects. Some don’t. If you have a preference, I’m happy to follow it. Here’s how I typically use AI tools and what that looks like in my work.
Here are some ways I use AI tools to support my writing process:
· Audience and topic research: I may use AI tools to dig into your audience, market, and competitors. That gives me a clearer picture of what your customers care about and what’s likely to catch their attention.
· Brainstorming ideas: I sometimes use AI tools to help me look at things from different angles. That might include headlines, blog topics, or ways to explain something with a simple example or comparison.
· Organizing content: When I’m working on blog posts, case studies, or articles, I may use AI tools to explore outline ideas or structure options that help keep things clear and easy to follow.
· Early drafts: Sometimes I use AI tools to help get a rough draft going or explore different ways to say something. But I always rewrite and refine everything so it sounds right for your brand and works for your audience.
· Editing and cleanup: I sometimes use AI tools to catch grammar mistakes, make things clearer, and tighten the wording while keeping the meaning the same.
· Transcribing real voices: I sometimes use AI tools to transcribe interviews or videos. It helps me pull out strong quotes and natural phrasing, while removing names or other details if the content needs to stay private.
A quick note on accuracy and confidentiality:
I double-check any facts, quotes, or data before including them in your content. And if you share confidential or proprietary information, I won’t run it through any AI tools unless you’ve given me the okay.
